Amazing Grace Orthodox Anglican Church was established in 1998 to serve the greater Charlotte-Metrolina area. If you are living or visiting in the following areas we invite you to worship with us: Gastonia, Gaston County; Lincoln County; Northern York County in South Carolina; West Charlotte, Western Mecklenburg County; Kings Mountain, Cleveland County. We believe the Holy Scriptures to be God’s word. We confess the three ancient creeds of the Church: Apostles, Nicene and Athanasian. We believe in the real spiritual power of the Sacraments, and the power of God to heal the sick and broken-hearted. We also believe in the necessity of inward spiritual development and the outward amendment of life of every Christian. As traditional Anglicans we worship God using the ancient liturgical forms contained in the 1928 Book of Common Prayer.
